When Dr. Samraj Saladi committed to serving the Lord as an independent Pastor, the hardships he faced were many. As the ministry grew so did the struggles: standing all alone against all odds he kept moving forward. 

After 25 years of ministry, God placed a burden to reach out to such men ofGod. The Lord enabled to start this in 2012 and led this for the past 7 years.

Thus, ODM undertakes to bring independent Pastor’s especially working among weaker sections under one umbrella:

• To strengthen with the Word of God.
  
  
• To share with their burdens & struggles through prayers.
  
  
• To serve God effectively.
  
  To lead them in the right doctrine.
